Text
Applicants for an initial LNA license shall:
I.Submit documentation of successful completion and certification from a board-approved nursing assistant education program or documentation of successful completion of fundamentals of nursing curriculum, or its equivalent, from a board-approved nursing education program.
II.Pass an examination approved by the board.
III.Meet other criteria as established by the board.
