Text
I. The office of professional licensure and certification may issue a certificate of medication administration to a current LNA who:
(a)Has participated in and completed a board-approved medication administration education program;
(b)Has been employed as a licensed nursing assistant for one full year;
(c)Has passed an examination approved by the board; and
(d)Has paid the certification fee.
II. Certification may be renewed on a biennial basis.
