Text
The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. [Repealed.] II. The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by RSA 325:13 and 14, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of:
(a)Completion of one year (30 credit hours) at an accredited postsecondary educational institution, and
(b)Good professional character;
III. Criteria for applicant examination;
IV. Eligibility requirements for renewal of license, including the requirements for continuing education;
V. [Repealed.]
VI. Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of the license to practice under this chapter and how sanctions by the board shall be implemented for violation of these standards;
