Text
The office of professional licensure and certification shall issue to each applicant successfully passing the examination, where an examination is required, and who otherwise satisfies the necessary requirements, a license, entitling her or him to practice or engage in the business in this state as a funeral director, embalmer, or both, as the case may be.
