§ 318:3 — Eligibility

New Hampshire·Title XXX OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS·Ch. 318 PHARMACISTS AND PHARMACIES·Subdivision Pharmacy Board
I.Pharmacist members of the board shall have been licensed pharmacists for at least 10 years, and at the time of their appointment shall have practiced pharmacy in this state for at least 5 years.
II.The pharmacy technician member of the board shall have been licensed or certified as a pharmacy technician for at least 10 years, and at the time of his or her appointment, shall have practiced as a pharmacy technician in this state for at least 5 years.
III.The public member of the board shall be a person who is not, and never was, a member of the pharmaceutical profession or the spouse of any such person, and who does not have, and never has had, a material financial interest in either the provision of pharmaceutical services or an activity directly related to pharmacy, including the repr
