Text
A licensed pharmacist shall have the right to conduct a pharmacy for the compounding, according to the provisions of RSA 318:14-a, of medicines upon physicians', dentists', optometrists', podiatrists', veterinarians', advanced practice registered nurses', naturopathic doctors', and physician associates' prescriptions or valid orders for the sale and distribution of drugs, medicines, and poisons.
