Text

I.A pharmacist, pharmacy intern, licensed advanced pharmacy technician, or certified pharmacy technician, under the supervision of an on-site immunizing pharmacist may administer influenza and a COVID-19 vaccine, if available, to the general public.
II.A pharmacist, pharmacy intern, or licensed advanced pharmacy technician, under the supervision of an on-site immunizing pharmacist may administer vaccines licensed by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are recommended by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, or successor organization, to individuals 18 years of age or older as ordered by an immunizing pharmacist.
