Except as provided by RSA 318:42, no person shall engage in the practice of pharmacy without first being licensed by the office. No person shall impersonate a pharmacist or falsely claim to be a pharmacist. No person owning, managing, or conducting any store, not being a licensed pharmacist or having one in his employ, shall exhibit within or outside of such store, or include in any advertisement, the words "drug store", "pharmacy", "apothecary", "drug", "drugs", "medicine", or "medicine shop", or any combination of these terms or other words indicating that such store is a place where medicines are compounded or sold, or exhibit within or without his place of business or in connection with his business any show bottle or globe of colored glass or globe filled with colored liquid which cre
