Text
All members of the board shall be residents of this state for a period of at least 5 years prior to their appointment. The dental hygiene members shall have been engaged in the practice of dental hygiene in this state for a period of at least 5 years prior to appointment. There shall be no more than one member of the board who is also a full-time faculty member of a school of dentistry or school of dental hygiene.
