Text

I. [Repealed.] II. The board, after notice and the opportunity to be heard, may refuse to issue or renew a license or impose sanctions against a licensee, when it has evidence that the licensee or applicant has engaged in professional misconduct. Misconduct sufficient to support adverse action shall include:

(a)Addiction to mind-altering drugs or intoxicants.
(b)(1) Commission of any felony or misdemeanor involving dishonesty, untrustworthiness, or unprofessional conduct; or
(2)Any administrative or criminal conviction involving moral turpitude; or
(3)The practice of fraud or untruthfulness in obtaining educational credentials, examination scores, or professional licensure in this or any other jurisdiction.
(c)Affliction with a physical or mental impairment or disease which is dangerou
