Text
I.The executive director, after notice and hearing, may sanction, in accordance with RSA 310:12, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.
II.Any administrative fine imposed under this section shall not preclude the imposition of further penalties or administrative actions under this chapter.
III.The executive director shall adopt rules in accordance with RSA 314:8, VII, relative to administrative fines which shall be scaled to reflect the scope and severity of the violation.
