Text

The board shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

I.The application eligibility requirements for the issuance of any initial license or certificate issued under this chapter, including the issuance of such licenses to applicants holding a currently valid license or other authorization to practice in another jurisdiction. I-a. The application eligibility requirements for the issuance of any temporary practice permit issued under this chapter.
II.How an applicant shall be examined.
III.The criteria for renewal of a license or certificate.
IV.Ethical standards required to be met by each holder of a license or certificate issued under this chapter and how such license or certificate may be revoked for violation of these standards.
V.Standards for appraisal education programs
