Text
The purpose of this chapter is to bring New Hampshire into compliance with Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989. However, any real estate appraisal service performed by an individual licensed or certified under this chapter shall be subject to the supervision of the board.
