New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 31 POWERS AND DUTIES OF TOWNS·Subdivision Town Central Purchasing Department
Any town at an annual meeting, under an article in the warrant for said meeting, may vote to establish a central purchasing department for said town.
