Text
In the case of a failure event: I. Legal personality and limited liability shall be maintained to the extent necessary to protect New Hampshire DAO participants, administrators, and legal representatives from personal liability. II. A failure event may trigger liability on the person deploying or upgrading the New Hampshire DAO if that person:
(a)Acted in bad faith; or
(b)Engaged in gross negligence.
