Text

In any matter relating to the New Hampshire DAO, a developer, participant, administrator or legal representative shall be fully protected from liability to the New Hampshire DAO and to the participants if the person acting in such a role relies, in a manner consistent with contractual good faith, on the records of the New Hampshire DAO as evidenced by a records displayed on a public forum the validity of which shall be verifiable by a valid record on the blockchain of the New Hampshire DAO.
