Text
No county officer, employee, or agent thereof shall use either directly or indirectly the services of a county prisoner or other county employee except for county functions. Anyone guilty of violating this section shall be imprisoned for not less than one year and a day or more than 3 years in the New Hampshire state prison, and said sentence or any part thereof shall not be suspended by the superior court, the provisions of RSA Title LXII, notwithstanding.
