§ 3:9-c — Injunction

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 3 STATE EMBLEMS, FLAG, ETC.
Whenever the attorney general is aware of a violation of the provisions of RSA 3:9-a, the attorney general may bring an action in the name of the state to enjoin distribution of any articles or things upon which a representation or likeness of the state seal has been placed.
