§ 3-D:1 — Position Established

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 3-D ARTIST LAUREATE
There is hereby established the position of artist laureate for the state. The governor, with the advice and consent of the executive council, shall appoint the artist laureate. The person so honored shall be a resident of this state and shall serve for a 2-year term. There shall be no restriction on reappointment.
