§ 296:39 — Place of Filing
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 296 DIVIDEND-PAYING CORPORATIONS·Subdivision Individual Liability of Stockholders and Officers
If any such corporation has no place of business in this state all certificates and other papers required by law to be filed or recorded in the town clerk's office shall be so filed or recorded in the office of the secretary of state.
