§ 296:2 — Time Limit for Organization
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 296 DIVIDEND-PAYING CORPORATIONS·Subdivision Incidents, Organization, and Officers
Every such corporation shall be organized within 3 years from the passage of its act of incorporation; otherwise the act shall become void.
