§ 295:7-b — Power to Lease

New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 295 GENERAL POWERS OF CORPORATIONS·Subdivision Meetings, Bylaws, Reports, Etc.
Every such corporation may make or enter into lease agreements, either as lessee or lessor, to carry out any of its corporate purposes.
