§ 294-A:15 — Specific Enforcement in Superior Court
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 294-A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATIONS
Any provision regarding purchase, redemption or transfer of shares of a professional corporation contained in the articles of incorporation, bylaws, or any private agreement shall be specifically enforceable in the superior court.
