§ 292:8-c — Organization
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 292 VOLUNTARY CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Higher Education Corporations
The articles of agreement for the purpose of organizing a corporation for the establishment of an institution of higher learning shall be submitted to the commission for its consent for said incorporation.
