§ 29-A:4 — Evidence
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 29-A DEFENSE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
Any determination by the county commissioners or county convention pursuant to RSA 29-A:2 shall not be admissible as evidence in the trial of any such action or claim.
