§ 288:2 — Falling on Sunday; Status of Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Day
New Hampshire·Title XXV HOLIDAYS
When any holiday listed in RSA 288:1 falls on Sunday, the following day shall be observed as a holiday. For the purposes of state employee contracts, Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Day shall have the same status as Fast Day.
