Text

I. No more than 2 licensed charitable organizations may conduct games of chance at any one location on any date. II. No agreement between a charitable organization and any other licensee shall be valid unless such agreement is in writing and has been approved by the lottery commission. The lottery commission shall create standardized contracts. III.

(a)Only persons licensed under this chapter shall operate games of chance; except that, if all bona fide members of a charitable organization are under 18 years of age, adult officers or directors of the charitable organization or parents or legal guardians of bona fide minor members, who have been authorized by the officers or directors of the charitable organization, shall operate the games.
