The provisions of RSA 282-A:103-106, relative to the unemployment compensation fund, and of RSA 282-A:138-140, relative to the unemployment compensation and employment service administration fund, to the contrary notwithstanding, the commissioner of the department of employment security is authorized to requisition and receive from this state's account in the unemployment trust fund in the treasury of the United States, in the manner permitted by federal law, such moneys standing to its credit in said fund as are permitted by federal law to be used for expenses of administering the provisions of this chapter and to expend such moneys for such purpose.
