Text
The commissioner and the deputy commissioner shall each give a bond in the amount of $150,000 conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties under this chapter. Premiums for such bonds shall be paid from the unemployment compensation and employment service administration fund and purchased by the department of administrative services, division of procurement and support services.
