Text

Any individual who wilfully makes a false statement or representation or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact before a representative of the department of employment security of the state of New Hampshire to obtain benefits under the laws of any other state or the federal government shall be subject to the same provisions of this chapter as if he were claiming benefits under this chapter.
