§ 28:17 — Suits
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 28 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Claims Against and By Counties
The county commissioners shall direct such proceedings to be commenced for the recovery of fines, penalties, forfeitures, costs and other claims due the county as they deem the interests of the county require, and such proceedings shall be subject to their direction and control.
