Text

No assisted person bill, and no bill or claim of a superintendent of the county department of corrections against the county, shall be allowed by the county commissioners unless it is accompanied by proper vouchers for all payments charged therein, and is supported by an affidavit of the claimant, or some one in his behalf, that the same is a just and true account; and no such bill or claim shall be paid by the county treasurer without the allowance of the county commissioners.
