Text
Within 10 days after the results of the election have been declared, the secretary of state shall prepare and sign duplicate certificates attesting to the adoption or rejection of the charter. One certificate shall be recorded in the office of the secretary of state and one certificate shall be deposited in the office of the county commissioners.
