Text

The commissioners of each county shall employ such number of clerks and agents as said commissioners deem necessary. In Hillsborough county the county commissioner, any elected or appointed official, prior to establishing any new position within said county, shall obtain written approval from the Hillsborough county executive committee for such new position.
