§ 275:1 — Union Membership
New Hampshire·Title XXIII LABOR·Ch. 275 PROTECTIVE LEGISLATION·Subdivision Procuring Employment; Imposition of Conditions
No person shall coerce or compel, or attempt to coerce or compel, any person into an agreement, either written or verbal, not to join or become a member of any labor organization, as a condition of securing or continuing in any employment.
