Text
No person shall use or operate any motorboat or other boat equipped with an outboard motor at greater than trolling speed, except in case of emergency or by special approval of the selectmen, on the waters of Otter Lake in the town of Greenfield. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation. Any fines collected under this section shall be for the use of the town of Greenfield.
