Text

No person shall operate any boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor upon the waters of Clarksville Pond in the town of Clarksville. Any other type of power motor used on Clarksville Pond shall not develop more than trolling speed. Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.
