§ 270:72-h — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXII NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEY·Ch. 270 SUPERVISION OF NAVIGATION; REGISTRATION OF BOATS AND MOTORS; COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER·Subdivision Anchored Seasonal Platforms
Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a violation for the first offense and guilty of a misdemeanor for any additional offenses.
