§ 270:69 — Appeals
New Hampshire·Title XXII NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEY·Ch. 270 SUPERVISION OF NAVIGATION; REGISTRATION OF BOATS AND MOTORS; COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER·Subdivision Mooring of Boats on Public Waters
The commissioner of the department of safety shall hear and decide appeals of any decisions made under this subdivision. The commissioner shall conduct appeals hearings according to the provisions of RSA 541-A for adjudicative proceedings.
