Text
The division of state police shall propose rules to develop standards for granting special exceptions for the placement of from 2 to 4 moorings adjacent to a shorefront property. The placement of 5 or more moorings adjacent to a shorefront property shall require approval pursuant to RSA 270:67, I and II.
