New Hampshire·Title XXII NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEY·Ch. 270 SUPERVISION OF NAVIGATION; REGISTRATION OF BOATS AND MOTORS; COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER·Subdivision Restrictions on Boating
No person shall use or operate any petroleum-powered boat equipped with any type of petroleum-powered motor in excess of 30 horsepower upon Bradley Lake in the town of Andover. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.
