N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 266-A:9 (2026).
Text
Applications for certificates and permits required by RSA 266-A:4 and RSA 266-A:7 shall be:
I.Made in writing to the department;
II.Verified under oath;
III.Accompanied by the proper fee;
IV.In the form specified in rules adopted by the commissioner pursuant to RSA 541-A; and
V.With the information specified in rules adopted by the commissioner pursuant to RSA 541-A.
