Text
Every court or justice in this state shall furnish to the director the details of any particularly flagrant cases which may be heard before said court or justice, upon said court or justice's own initiative, or upon the request of the director or his agents. Said court or justice may make such recommendations as to the suspension or revocation of the licenses and certificates of registration of the defendants in such cases as the court or justice shall determine.
