Text

Upon receipt of official notice, in any form which the director deems appropriate, including electronic transmissions, that a driver licensed by the state of New Hampshire, or any applicant for a driver's license in the state of New Hampshire, has had a driver's license or right to operate suspended or revoked in another state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a province or territory of Canada, the director shall not issue a license to the person and, if a license has already been issued, the director shall notify the driver in writing by first class mail that the driver's license may be suspended or revoked on the date which is 30 days from the date of notification unless the driver requests an administrative hear
