§ 263:46 — Renewal No Bar to Revoking License
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 263 DRIVERS' LICENSES·Subdivision Motor Vehicle Drivers' School
Notwithstanding the renewal of a license, the department may revoke or suspend such license for causes and violations, as prescribed herein, occurring during any prior license period.
