§ 263:38 — Special License Not Required

New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 263 DRIVERS' LICENSES·Subdivision License Reciprocity
A nonresident driver of a motor vehicle, who is the holder of a license to drive a motor vehicle in the state, district or country in which he resides, shall not be required to obtain a license to drive any pleasure vehicle within this state, provided he does not receive pay for such driving.
