§ 263:29-b — Positive Tests for Illegal Drugs

New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 263 DRIVERS' LICENSES·Subdivision Conditions and Requirements for a License
A holder of a school bus driver's certificate who tests positive on a random or scheduled drug test for the presence of any illegal controlled drug in his or her system shall have his or her school bus driver's certificate revoked by the director for a minimum of 2 years.
