Text

I. This section shall apply only to persons who display drivers' licenses issued by the United States Department of State to a law enforcement officer, or who otherwise claim immunities and privileges under Title 22, Chapter 6 of the United States Code with respect to violations of RSA 630:2, RSA 630:3, or any provision of this title. II. If a person who is subject to this section is stopped by a law enforcement officer who has probable cause to believe that the person has violated RSA 630:2, RSA 630:3, or any provision of this title, the law enforcement officer shall:

(a)As soon as practicable, contact the United States Department of State office in order to verify the driver's status and immunity, if any;
(b)Record all relevant information from any driver's license or identification ca
