§ 261:54 — Age Limit for Registrants
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 261 CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES·Subdivision General Registration
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no certificate of registration shall be issued to any natural person under 16 years of age.
