§ 261:181 — Refusal or Revocation of Registration Based on Federal Prohibition From Operating in Interstate Commerce
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 261 CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES·Subdivision Registration Penalties and Offenses
The director is authorized to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the registration or permit of a commercial motor vehicle if the commercial carrier responsible for safety has been prohibited from operating by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
